INFORMATION FROM MEDIA / SOCIAL MEDIA
There is much information in the media and in social media at the moment and unfortunately (and as usual) the instructions and guidelines differ dependent upon where you are obtaining your information.
You will find below the Federal, Provincial (Ontario) and City of Ottawa and Ottawa Public Health information which is currently available on social-distancing, self-isolation and quarantine measures.
You are urged to refer to these websites often, as response to the Covid-19 pandemic in Canada is a rapidly evolving situation with newer and better information being released by authorities daily.

We continue to work with your Board, legal counsel, service professionals and vendors to ensure the proper governance and operation of your community.
ISOLATION IN MULTI RESIDENTIAL STACKED HOUSING
Multi-residential communities are particularly affected by self-isolation and quarantine measures given your very close proximity to one-another. Where we can, we are making every effort to support those in need without endangering your building staff and causing undue liability for the Board and the Condominium Corporation.
Thank you for your ongoing patience as everyone adjusts to their new "realities" and wraps their minds around the do’s / dont’s and CANT’s of high-rise condo living, MOST ESPECIALLY DURING A PANDEMIC ! :)
This cannot be said enough: THANK YOU to all those who are willing and able to remain on the front lines in our communities and who are diligently working to keep buildings clean, safe and sanitized.
Thank you also to all of YOU for understanding that we are taking every precaution to support and protect your staff.
If any of them were to fall ill - it would incredibly difficult (read impossible) to recruit and train for replacements at the moment.
It is therefore imperative that they be protected wherever possible and for this reason they are all concentrating solely on managing the essential life safety systems (including the critical cleaning being done) as well as the other security systems in your buildings. All office hours are cancelled and all non-essential services are currently suspended until further notice.
